To become a member of Heʻe Nalu for 2026, there are three items to complete:
- Sign an NCOCA Smartwaiver and confirm your email
- Read and commit to the Heʻe Nalu Code of Conduct
- Pay membership dues and storage fees
2026 Yearly Dues and Fees
Membership Dues
- $315 for Racing Members
- $200 for Recreational (non-racing) Members
- Additional Household Member(s) 30% discount
Drop-in Paddle Fee
- $10 for each paddle (after two free introductory paddles for visitors and newcomers)
Canoe Storage Fee
- Available at the Petaluma site only
- Members-$240 per OC-1 or OC-2
- Non-Members-$600 per OC-1 or OC-2

- Deadline for dues and storage fees is April 1 and will remain in effect until March 31, 2027.
- If you are experiencing financial hardship, alternative arrangements are available.
- Additional contributions are always welcome. If desired, we can provide the necessary documentation for your tax deductions.
